pre2 --- I _still_ cant get BaseSplit 1 to work !

well I thought in my humble way (se previous post in Bugs) that I was testing it out
but it seems to have elicited zero response,

so I'll crawl back into my hole and trouble you all no further.

Malcolm,

Unfortunately, Chris would have to be the one to fix it, and right now he's buried in getting a different major enhancement to work at all. Since basesplit 0 works, I fear that making others work is a relatively low priority. :(

I found the bug with non-zero BaseSplit and checked in a fix for it. It'll be in the next prerelease, which will be ready as soon as I fix this rendering problem with nebulae that appeared in 1.3.2pre2.

Thanks for the info Chris, now I can stop beating my head on this brick wall.
It is good to know that it wasn't due to a faulty circuit in my brain cell :-!)

And then Chris made a fix available in pre3. Gosh, that was quick, thanks, I didnt expect it that fast :-)
