1.5.0 looks like 1.4.1

I've recently installed 1.5.0 and none of the new features seem to work. the atmosphere and moon shading is the old code and it all looks like 1.4.1, Whats wrong

It looks different to me, the stars are different and the galaxy is different.

Most of the changes require The OpenGL 2.0 rendering path that you can set by repeated action of CTRL + V.
