Halley shouldn't be spherical . . . I just forgot to assign a mesh for it, so it defaults to a sphere. Varuna and 2001 KX76 are estimated to have diameters of 900km and 1200km, respectively . . . that's enough to compact them into roughly spherical shapes, so I deliberated left them as perfect spheres. Saturn's moons Mimas and Enceladus are smaller (diameters of 400km and 500km) and it's apparent from Voyager images that they're nearly spherical (except for a huge crater on Mimas.)
If you want to fix Halley, search for the Halley section in solarsys.ssc and add the line:
Mesh "roughsphere.cms"
It's not the actual shape of Halley, but it will give it a more realistic irregular appearance.
