i mean...why there is a particular planet showed and not another on starting?

is there a method to choose the first planet showed?

Celestia exectutes the script "start.cel" (which you can find in the Celestia installation dir) on startup. This script takes you first to our Sun, then to Earth. You can replace this script by something which fits your wishes better if you don't like this.
