Huygens-bug in 1.3.2 pre 10?

What about this:

1, When targeting the Huygens-probe via the [Enter]-command I?ll get two "Huygens" in the options-list.


2, When trying to follow or track "Huygens" Celestia keeps follow (or tracking) the Cassini-spacecraft. Or, more accurate, the part of Cassini where Huygens is kept before its release.

Version: Celestia 1.3.2 pre 10.
Op-sys: WinME

There are two definitions of Huygens in the ssc - one attached to the spacecraft, and one in free flight during its three-week transit to Titan. There is no useful way in Celestia to combine these into a single definition.
Use the Tab key to toggle between the two definitions once you've typed in "Huygens", or use the Solar System Browser to pick the "free" or "attached" version from the list.

Okay, I understand. But why don?t name the first one to e.g. "Huygens (attached)" and the other one "Huygens (free-flight)" or something. Just to avoid confusion.

Okay, that seems like a good idea. The relationship is pretty clear already in the object browser, but you're the second person to find the situation confusing when using "[Return]Huygens".

Yes, I think that would be a good idea. As you say, it?s clear when using the objects-browser but is?quite confucing when using the [Return]-method. Same thing when using the Navigation/Goto Object-menu. In fact, in the last example it?s impossible to choose which "Huygens" the user want to go to because they both have the same name.
