Source Documentation

For a better understanding of Celestia in order to give a contribution to the development of Celestia I'm reading the source documentation at http://www.celestia.teyssier.org . To do this online is very inconvinient for me. Is it possible to download the whole package to install on a local Harddisk?? If so, where can I find it??

wget is the freeware utility that downloads a complete set of Web pages to your local system.
A Windows version is available at http://xoomer.virgilio.it/hherold/

wget is included on all Linux systems and is included with Cygwin (the Unix environment for Windows).
