Bug report : Earth clouds get messy after high time rate

I'm new to Celestia, so maybe this has already been reported:

- Center on the earth, with clouds on, follow selection mode on (don't know if matters)
- accelerate time to its maximum value
- back to real time

--> clouds are stretched all around our old planet :)

Running Celestia 1.3.1 on XP Home, with GeForce 4 4200 128 MB. Problem is always reproduceable.

Hopes this helps

Yes, I've seen this before, and it happens with any object that has clouds.

When you go to the maximum time value forward, you get this. I don't really think it's that important though, since you're not going to need to view stuff a few thousand billion years in the future very regularly...

btw, you can also set everything back normal again if you reverse time really quickly!

You should try setting the time speed to a really tiny value... hold down K for ages & see what happens!
