With the newest version for some stange reason I have
duplicate Pluto and duplicate Charon. They look like
siamese dumbells - weird. I can't figure out where the duplication
is coming from. Anyone have any ideas?
Thanks - Vic

Have you tried right-clicking on the image(s) and selecting either "Normal" or "Limit of Knowledge" to see if that has any effect?
Just thought you might try that...
Take care, Bob

Did you at some time in the past replace the default Celestia configuration for Pluto Charon with the barycentric definition I posted some time back?
If this is still present in your Celestia set-up, and now you've reinstated the default by installing 1.3.1, you'll see exactly what you describe.

Double Trouble
I've had similar troubles in the past, but not with Pluto Charon. I traced my problems to the fact that I had information/descriptions in more than one ssc file. You probably have Pluto Charon in two ssc files. Just track them down and make the necessary adjustments. You can delete one of them or you should be able to make one of them intos an alternate texture.
Hope this helps.
