Yes I think that the main celestia page should add a link to my reconstruction, but DO NOT get rid of the old one, just in case his site returns frome the grave, and bruckner stalks the forum once again!(There I go being dramatic again :lol:

)

P.S.Sorry to hear about the gallery pages, somhowe his site wont be the same without them :cry:

Is there nothing more to add, is the rest of his add-ons lost forever?

Have you managed to get all the add-ons now? If not, do you know which ones are still missing?

I have saved every single download I've ever made for Celestia (usually in zipped file format) onto what is now, my 2nd completed CD-ROM !

I might have some of Bruckner's 'lost' files hidden on the CD's somewhere, as I downloaded quite a lot of stuff from his site when I originally discovered CELESTIA.

You don't need asterisms.zip or jupiter_small_satellites.zip - the full set of asterisms comes standard with celestia now, and loads more of jupiter's small satellites have been found since bruckner made that file! That was made back before we even had minormoons.ssc in celestia...!!

Oh btw- will you update that list of things you need, as people send you stuff?

How about the "moon-eclipse" file. With the recent eclipse we saw, I'd love to get a hold of that.

The "moon-eclipse" file you're talking about is the one that makes the moon go red right...?

That doesn't work any more (it hasnt worked for several versions) because the way the shaders work has been changed around a lot. Putting the moon eclipse into the shaders folder now wouldn't have any effect...

Right, there was problems to run it well. But i can send it, if someone wants to take a look.
I haven't had time last days to post some Bruckner's addons (Sputnik(s), generator(s), Black Hole(s) etc...) that i have copies, alas :oops:

Next week, if a new updated list of missing addons appears, i try to do.

I have added more add-ons to the site(I havent up-loaded everythig yet)

After I finished, I looked at all the * befor the names of add-ons, and was amased at all the add-ons I had uploaded
