CloudMap and AltSurface
Is there a way to include a CloudMap inside the AltSurface code ? I can't get it working...
Hey Chris, if you are reading this,
Could you also make other things work under the "Alt surface" section
Like Orientation,
Incase you have two files, but orientated diffrent ways.
I have a mars map that is fine
But i also have a blue mars thats is orientated by 180
i would like to add in the "Alt surface" section, but that doesn't work either.
And I would also like to use an alternate cloude map for this Blue mars too.

Cloud maps are part of the atmosphere not the surface, so they don't really belong in an AltSurface definition. But I see this request fairly frequently, so I suppose I should come up with something . . . suggestions are welcome.
Orientation isn't a surface property either, so it won't work in an AltSurface. I could add some new property that adjusts specifies where in the texture map the zero longitude line is, but I'd rather just encourage everyone to get their textures consistent. Zero longitude should be right in the middle of the texture, end of story.
Night maps already work in AltSurfaces.
