I've seen X-Plane at Radio Shack for $25 canadian (0.75 of US dollar)
My Microsoft Flight Simulator 2003 was $80.00 and they want $40 extra just for 5 planes, they claim they're made "Professionally". you can download planes of the same quality for MSFS at http://www.simviation.com/menu

Individuals, be advised that we can make only simple modification allowing the Cock-Pit to have some functionality with the Celestia. Something like those Analog Measure-Systems, we are unable to build.

I just remembered, at http://www.simviation.com/menu they've got tons of Cock-pits there's a section devoted entirely to them.

Read first the EULA/License of them...
Those Comercial Cock-Pits are used only as a reference, they are unusable for Celestia Cock-Pit.

i was thinking: in the firdt picture that i put, you can use the blac rectangles as:
1) the right one for selecting a place, planet, moon, ship...([ENTER]"a place"[ENTER])
2) in teh second, the info of that planet,moon,star...(name, day lenght, mass, radius...all of the things that appear now in the upper left corner)

Good idea but would be very hard to get that text from a Celestia. If Chris or someone else could make a slight modification so when you press a key inside Celestia, it sends that text in the Clipboard. That way, my program could easily "catch" it and stick into it's window. For example, while in Celestia's window you press CTRL+1 which sends data about the star you are looking at, CTRL+2 sends data on your current location, speed etc. We asked if he could make Celestia send a string containg a name of planet when you are inside your Solar system. You right-click on planet, select "More info" or whatever it's called. The program sends a string in Clipboard. My program gets string, analyse it and look for data in it's own database. For example, you right-click Mars, Celestia Sends String, my program ("Solar System - Our Place in the Universe") gets string, analyse it and display a page with everything related to Mars: Basc info, advanced, high details, etc. This program would be built in modules and allow you to change the data yourself or automaticly get updates from the Internet.
However, Chris never responded, even after second mail...

1) I'm glad you liked the idea.
2) I'm also glad about the way you expressed your self, not in borg-language. but in my opinion, you can continue talking like a borg sometimes.
3) i downloaded your borg cube. but the file is .x
is it an add-on for celestia? if it is, how do we put it on celestia? if not, which program should we use to open it??

That is why we where writing two posts at the same time, one feturing us as an individual.
Post your question about Borg Cube in it's thread in this one, it a bit off topic.
*.X is DirectX model. Easiest way of converting it to 3DS is using tools designated as "3D Exploration" or "Deep Exploration". Again, post in the appropriate thread and we shall supply you with more information.

Did anyone of you tried this file?
Be sure to check those small buttons under those Two rectangular windows.
Post your thought.

Especially the working on of the Borg scan thing, and the pictures are great too, but it would be cool it all buttons, and controls would be funcional. Maybe you could use this for a borg flight sim where you explore the galaxy fight ships and assimilate them! Of course that would require atleast some programming knowledge
Though it would be a cool and fun game.
