Can u add planet collisions so if you make the moon head towards the earth and hit it, it will blow up and earth will be destroyed But I guess its too hard.

the best way to look at it is, if you want explosions or a pretty object in Celestia, you'll have to put it there yourself. The code developers are mostly working on improving the support structure, not so much the things it supports.
There are plenty of examples now of how to create add-ons.
Beginning and Ending directives can be used to create movies, it's just that nobody has spent the time to make one.
Do it.
