Kepler-138
Low-mass, low-density worlds
Kepler-138, also known as KOI-314, is a red dwarf star about 219 light-years away in the constellation Lyra, which hosts four known planets. Kepler-138 c & d are both about 1.5 times the size of Earth; they were originally estimated to have very different masses and densities, but were found in 2022 to be similarly low-density, volatile-rich "ocean worlds". Kepler-138 b is the second-least massive exoplanet with a measured mass (after Draugr), between that of Mars and Mercury, and also has a low density, though it's certainly rocky given how small it is. Kepler-138 e is almost half the mass of Earth; it was discovered through transit timing variations of the other planets, and is the least massive exoplanet found by this method.
The textures for the star and planet b, and the surface texture for planet e, have been taken from the addon for this system by adios.
Kepler-22 & 62
Kepler's first habitable zone planets
Kepler-22 b, Kepler-62 e, and Kepler-62 f were the first planets in the habitable zone discovered by the Kepler mission. In particular, Kepler-62 f (announced 10 years ago this month) is small enough that it most likely has a rocky composition, and can be considered the first good candidate for a potentially habitable exoplanet. On the other hand, Kepler-22 b is just over twice the size of Earth, and it was realized even at the time of discovery that it was unlikely to have a rocky composition, which has recently been confirmed by upper limits on its mass. Instead, it's somewhere on the "ocean world" to "mini-Neptune" continuum.
This version of Kepler-22 b was originally included in my old "Exoplanet Updates" addon in 2019, and a modified version of it was released by fyr02 in 2020 here ("Vaporian"). I've just re-released it with updated data.
There's already a good addon for Kepler-62 by MrSpace43 here, with textures based on the NASA artistic impressions. My addon only includes textures for Kepler-62 f. The default texture is the "official" NASA one, from the same (now gone?) source as MrSpace43's Kepler-22 b and my Kepler-186 f, and the alternate surface shows the planet covered by an ocean.
Might as well attach my Kepler-452 b addon here as well, since it didn't have a dedicated post, having been part of "Exoplanet Updates" and then just submitted to celestia.mobi. This is another habitable zone planet, though again fairly large and technically a planet candidate. It's just using the NASA texture, unmodified.

GJ 1214
Orkaria & Enaiposha
GJ 1214 is a red dwarf star 47.8 light-years away in the constellation Ophiuchus. Its one known planet was the second super-Earth/sub-Neptune observed to transit its host star. The planet has a low density, indicating a volatile-rich composition, and recent observations by JWST reveal a hazy, reflective atmosphere mainly composed of water vapor or methane, without significant amounts of hydrogen.
This addon includes a fictional texture for GJ 1214 b depicting its hazy appearance, as well as an older texture by Edasich from 2010 and a temperature map from the Kempton et al. 2023 paper. The reprojected temperature map isn't perfect and could use improvement!
Minor update 2023-06-08 after NameExoWorlds results were announced.

TOI-540
a nearby system with a barren rocky world
the stripped rocky world that is TOI-540 b
TOI-540 is a red dwarf located about 45.64 light-years away from the solar system. The star has a single Sub-Earth (b= 0.90 Re) rocky planet orbiting it. The star itself has a high X-ray emission which would cause the planet orbiting it to undergo severe atmosphere erosion, additionally, due to its somewhat close proximity to the solar system, it could be a target for transmission and emission spectroscopy with JWST
Also, welcome back, I'm gonna explain what's gonna go down regarding everything that I've done. I've made around 40 add-ons since the forum went down back in April and now since it's back online they all gotta be dumped here. So every day (or so) im gonna post one new stellar system addon and one remake of a previous stellar system (with some exceptions, like this post).

TOI-2095
a diplanetary system of two potentially Venus-like planets
Both super-Earths of TOI-2095
TOI-2095 is an M-type main sequence star located about 136.72 lightyears from the solar system. Two potentially Venus-like super-Earths (b= 1.25 Re | c= 1.32 Re) are hosted by the star, with TOI-2095 c orbiting very close to the habitable zone. the masses of these planets haven't been accurately determined so only upper limits have been placed (b < 4.1 Me | c < 7.4 Me)
The remake bundled with this is a system less than a hundred lightyears away from the one listed above: TOI-2096

Hot Jupiter TOIs
A collection of eight TOI hot Jupiter systems
All eight hot Jupiters
This one is a large addon pack, containing 8 systems of hot Jupiters. the eight that are featured are (in order): TOI-2818, TOI-1811, TOI-2145, TOI-2152, TOI-2583, TOI-2587, TOI-2796, and TOI-2803. Several of these are in binary systems with one being in a trinary system, one has an interior super-Earth candidate (though not included within this addon pack) and at least one orbits a sub-giant star.
The file below contains the zip files for all of the hot Jupiters, so if you only want some of them you can just grab the from the main zip and delete the rest. I decided this would be more efficient than flooding the thread with a bunch of single-planet systems, especially since they are all so similar to each other.
the remakes for this are also hot Jupiters: TOI-1937 and TOI-2364

TOI-2000
a diplanetary system of a hot Jupiter with an interior hot mini-Neptune
both hot worlds of TOI-2000
TOI-2000 is a metal-rich ([Fe/H] = 0.439) G-type star located about 566.2 lightyears from the solar system. The star has two hot gaseous planets, a dense mini-Neptune (b= 2.7 Re, 11 Me) and a Saturn-like planet (c= 8.14 Re, 81.7 Me). The system is optimal for the study of the formation of hot Jupiters due to the existence of the innermost planet
Remake:

TOI-969
A diplanetary system of a hot mini-Neptune and a cold super-Jupiter
The distant planets of TOI-969
TOI-969 is a K-type main-sequence star located about 251.87 lightyears from the solar system, the star has two planets: a transiting hot mini-Neptune (b= 2.765 Re, 9.10 Me) and a non-transiting super-Jupiter (c= 11.3 Mj). The system is unique for having two gaseous planets at wildly different temperatures with TOI-969 b predicted to be around 10x hotter than TOI-969 c.

TOI-715
a large potentially rocky world within the habitable zone
TOI-715 b depicted as a rocky, Earth-like planet
TOI-715 b depicted as a water-world
TOI-715 is a red dwarf located about 138.42 lightyears from the solar system. A single potentially rocky super-Earth (b= 1.55 Re) orbits well within the star's habitable zone, no mass measurements of this planet have been taken yet.
There is an additional planet candidate within the system, TOI-715.02 (TIC 271971130.02), which is predicted to be around the same size as Earth (.02= 1.066 Re) and is also predicted to orbit within the outer boundary of TOI-715's habitable zone
If this planet is confirmed, it would make it one of the smallest planets found with the (conservative) habitable zone discovered by TESS

HD 56414 and TOI-824
two ultra-hot Neptunes
The Neptune-class planet that is HD 56414 b
HD 56414 is an A-type main sequence star located about 887.43 lightyears from the solar system, the star has a single hot Neptune-sized planet on a month-long orbit, its mass is currently unknown (b= 3.71 Re).
the boiling world that is TOI-824 b
TOI-824 is a K-type main sequence star located about 208.37 lightyears from the solar system. orbiting this star is a single, hot oceanic planet that completes a full orbit every 1.39 days (b= 2.926 Re, 18.467 Me). observations from Spitzer showed that planet had poor heat distribution and likely lacked a hydrogen dominated envelope and was either: a super-Earth with a volatile rich, extended atmosphere or a bare ocean world with a relatively thin atmosphere. Further JWST analysis could constrain where this planet falls into far greater than Spitzer could.
I figured I would put both of these objects in one post since they are similar to each other and I felt it was a waste to have them in separate posts. Each has an independent download.

GJ 9224
a hot super-Earth accompanied by three outer planets
all four planets hosted by GJ 9224
GJ 9224, also known as TOI-500, is a K-type star located about 154.49 lightyears away from the solar system. 4 planets, a molten Venus-like planet (b= 1.17 Re, 1.42 Me) and 3 Neptunian planets (c= 5.03 Me, d=33.12 Me, e= 15.05 Me) orbit the star interior to its HZ. The last three planets don't transit the star from our perspective, only the first one does and so we don't know their actual sizes.

TOI-1685
a hot ocean world with a candidate mini-Neptune
the hot ocean world that is TOI-1685 b, which is also a target of study for JWST
TOI-1685 is an M-type main sequence star located about 122.64 light-years from the solar system. a single planet was confirmed around this star, a hot Ocean world which is a future target of study for James Webb (b= 1.7 Re, 3.78 Me).
Additionally, the study confirming TOI-1685 b (as an Ocean world) speaks of a second planet candidate, a possible mini-Neptune orbiting at 9.03 days (c= 9.21 Me), though they stated that they could not confidently confirm it as a planet due to the proposed orbit being close to the first harmonic of it's hosts rotational period
