HOW CAN I TAKE THOSE PICS WITH MANY IMAGES(i mean with intervals), LIKE THIS ONE OF THE VENUS TRANSIT NEXT YEAR?

Celestia can't combine images, but paint programs can.

Note that Celestia is "paused" in Paul's picture.

One way to do it is to set Celestia to an appropriate viewpoint and time. Pause the image. Then use F10 (or the menu) to tell Celestia to take a picture. Repeat for a different time. You have to be very careful that the background does not change between the pictures.

Then use your favorite paint program to combine the images appropriately.

"Painter Classic", for example, has a "clone" brush which can be used to copy an area of one picture to the same place in another.
