A view of stars in my Celestia
Hello. I have a problem with the type of view of stars as dots in Celestia. See the picture below. Where is the problem?

This is a known bug on Celestia 1.6.x with Intel graphics. The only fix is to use one of the other star render modes ("Fuzzy Points" or "Scaled Disks"), or to use Celestia 1.7.0.

1.7.0 is still in Alpha, there will be no public release yet. There are only dev builds.

Appearence of stars
Hello, I have a propblem with appearence of stars in my Windows 10. When I choose appearence as a dots, I see sqares instead of bright stars.... please help!

This thread describes how to install several Celestia versions, but in short, Celestia 1.7.0 has no released Windows installer yet. The first beta release will most likely be within a few months, but that depends on several factors like how long it takes me to get content updates reasonably finished (since I'm currently the only content maintainer). Also how long it takes for Sirius_Alpha to finish making the changes to his exoplanet catalog I've requested, so it can be integrated into default Celestia.
