The PALEOMAP PaleoAtlas consists of 91 paleogeographic maps spanning the Phanerozoic and late Neoproterozoic. The paleogeographic maps in the PaleoAtlas illustrate the ancient configuration of the ocean basins and continents, as well as important topographic and bathymetric features such as mountains, lowlands, shallow sea, continental shelves, and deep oceans.
Tutorial:
1. Download the file Scotese_PaleoAtlas_v3.zip here https://www.earthbyte.org/webdav/ftp/earthbyte/Scotese_PaleoAtlas_v3.zip
2. Unzip and copy the next folder that content the textures: PALEOMAP PaleoAtlas Rasters v3 inside the Scotese_PaleoAtlas_v3
3. Rename the folder called PALEOMAP PaleoAtlas Rasters v3 as medres
4. Put the medres inside new folder called textures
5. Put the textures folder inside new folder called Scotese PaleoAtlas
6. Copy the next code to create file Scotese PaleoAtlas.ssc and put inside of Scotese PaleoAtlas
