[bug] Night Textures stopped working

Geforce GTS 8800, Windows 7 64-bit Ultimate, Celestia 1.6.1.

All planetary night textures have stopped working. They worked before. I have verified they are turned on in the options. There have been no hardware or driver changes. This may have been triggered by accidentally entering Demo mode, which took me to Earth with changes in settings. I left demo mode and reverted settings and that was when I noticed my add-on planets were not showing night textures. I then checked and found that Earth was not, either. Problem persists after restarting Celestia.

I am observing no other issues.

Have you tried typing Ctrl-V several times to step through the various rendering modes? Night textures aren't drawn when Celestia is using the Basic render mode.

The mode change was the cause. Thanks guys.
