- Atomic charge? Can crystallize all as well as to spill more.
- What can be the impact on hurricanes' behaviour the presence of the oil on the sea surface?

The main, formal and final cause is the Pressure. The material cause is the bad metal with which (it seem, being under enquire) has been made the blowout preventer and the efficient cause is the human negligence in these matters. It's just a sensation, but more of the delays seems due to the will of recovering such oil (for money's sharks) instead to close the well definitely.
Never at rest.
