Asterisms of other stars?

Is there a way to make asterisms around other stars?

I believe you can put them pretty much anywhere. What exactly are you trying to do?

If you are talking about making a line appear between one star to another of your choosing then it's easy. What you need to do is edit the asterism.dat file in the data folder of your celestia directory.
