Orbits of dobule planets
There is no orbital diagram of a double planet system going around its star. There is an orbit for the double planets around themselves, but none for around the star. What is the deal with this?

When does this version come out? And was my explanation clear enough?

I might be wrong but I think the latest SVN builds found on cartrite's site is the current v1.6 in progress.NuclearVacuum wrote:selden wrote:It's a bug, fixed in v1.6

Doesn't work for me either and I have the latest build 4580
Re: Orbits of dobule planets
Hello
I don’t understand.
I am very lucky, but whatever the version that works with me.
For example here is a screenshot of Pluto selected with its orbit in red. The Orbit of the couple Pluto-Charon is drawn in blue. If you want, you can select directly Pluto-Charon by typing its name and even mark it (Ctrl-K, Ctrl-P).
To be shown, don’t forget to select dwarf planet’s orbits in the render options menu.

Re: Orbits of dobule planets
I do have double planet orbits selected and the orbit NEVER shows up. I can type in the pluto-charon or select it by hitting 9, it doesn't matter. The orbit never ever shows up.

You may need a solarsys.ssc file that is up to date with svn. Right click and "save target as" or "save link as" this link. http://celestia.svn.sourceforge.net/vie ... larsys.sscReiko wrote:I do have double planet orbits selected and the orbit NEVER shows up.
