Here's an actual photograph of Ca?ro taken from an airplane, shot in november 2004 :-)

Nice, but perhaps the exposure time was a little short?

Note the camera setup used by the astronauts (video). The question remains, however, what amount of exposure would correspond to visual sensitivity? ;-)

Yep, this was my thoughts last time we talked about this at CM; I'm pretty sure all the shots we have are overexposed to get something more "interesting"... WHen you look at cities from a plane, the lights become dimmer and dimmer and from a certain distance become really weak... So from space... :?

PS: made it a little brighter

Exposure time was 1/8 second with a lens opening of F/2,8 no flash was used.
Just a regular digital camera ;)
