I compared the hours of eclipses of the Jupiter's satelliste :
They are not the same as the one given by http://www.imcce .fr.

Remember that Celestia does not model the length of time it takes for light to get from Jupiter to the Earth. So Celestia's eclipses will appear to be "early" by this length of time - anything from ~30 to 50 minutes, depending on the relative positions of Jupiter and the Earth.
