Some of us are impatient to hear celestia's news


I try to do my best to build some good add-ons but my short knowledge in astrophysics limits the way in which I understand the astro-photographs.
So here are a couple of questions ...
I'm working on Barnard Loop in Orion Nebula (based on astrophotos of Robert Gendler and SSRO starshadows)

I plan to include many components in 3D (as far as i could

M42

IC434

HorseHead

and many others.
But when I look at the main cloud, I don't know if the way I plan to do things is realistic.
I will be pleased if somebody could give me an enlightened opinion (even if nobody could go to see closely)
I imagine two tore of gaz, as shown on the drawing below

If I create a 3D model it looks like the folling

I don't know if this model could be a valid assumption

Or if it's physically impossible.
Can you help me ?
