beautiful indeed. The amount of well preserved monuments in Castilla y Le??n is amazing.

My wife and I spent a week in Madrid during last summer, and we also
visited Toledo. The following photo of Toledo really looks like Christophe's shot:

What amazed us was the very high level of security in the train station "Estaci??n de Atocha" in Madrid.
Of course, the reason for that was obvious to us.
