On Tuesday, I delivered a presentation about Celestia to a group of ESA people at EPSAC, the European Planetary and Space Astronomy center near Madrid. There's a lot of interest in Celestia within the agency. If you're interested, you can have a look at the presentation here:

If you have a Mac and Keynote 2008, you can get the original version of the presentation here:

The presentation contains a lot of material that frequent Celestia users will already be familiar with. Also, it's not really standalone--it was primarily an outline for me, and I presented a lot of additional information when I delivered it.
(I should mention that I am very happy with my MacBook Pro--Keynote is a polished and easy-to-use application for making presentations, and the GeForce 8600 in the MacBook Pro is great for demoing Celestia. I hate to sound like I'm shilling for Apple, but this laptop really is the perfect tool for me.)

Good deal Chris...
Now that I have finally gotten my new system running properly, I am
very much enjoying all of the new features residing in the current
pre-release of Celestia.
Best of luck in all of your endeavors, and - as always -
THANKS very much for your work here. This software is simply
amazing in what it can do.
I would have been happy to pay upwards of 500 bucks for a license.
If I can offer ANY assistance at ANY time, please just let me know.
Now that I'm dead and retired, I can play all day with this stuff.
Take care, Brain-Dead
