3D Model

I think 3D Max Studio is the best way to model something for celesita. I use Amapi 3D version 4.15 for my models. If your model is finished you can export the model as .3ds (extension of 3D Max Studio). If you want to test your model you can change the filename of a asteroid in the .ssc or .scc file (i dont know now) for example asteroid.3ds to my model.3ds but before you export the model triangulate it (i hope i wrote it right)

Could you post the steps to export an .3ds model using Amapi 4.1.5, because I cannot get it to work. The model is exported all right, but I simply cannot get a texture to appear on it. I have tried just making a cube and applying "asteroid.jpg" to it, but it appears with just a solid color.

You could use 3D Exploration to export it in any format you want.
Download it from here:

Contact us after you've downloaded it (something important needs to be told)...
