Although Pluto's orbit crosses the plane of Neptune's, their orbits shouldn't actually intersect.
However, for people to be able to fix problems, they need to be able to reproduce them. You'll need to supply a viewpoint with an exact time and place so the collision can be seen. The easiest way to do this is to lmark the location using the "Locations" menu. That'll make an entry into the file favorites.cel Then you can use Notepad to look at the file. Please cut and paste the new location entry into your message here.
