Command to rotate a texture

If I remember correctly, there's a command to shift (or rotate) a texture on a body, in Celestia. What is it ? I don't remember that rarely used command, or maybe there isn't any ? Of course, I'm not talking about the RotationOffset command.

So far as I recall, there is no command in Celestia to change the orientation of a texture. Texture coordinates built into the models determine how the textures map onto their surfaces. A different texture file has to be provided in order to provide a different appearance.

One can, of course, change the orientation of the body so that it's upside down, for example.

That is to bad, I wish there was such a command. It would be useful in reorienting polar alienment on some of the textures I am making. Ah well nothing else we can do then.
