I can't access that one from the US, I received a similar polite apology.
Isn't geographical confinement great? So much for this being the 'worldwide' web.
And as we banter this about, there is a bill quietly sneaking its way through the US Senate which would have profound impact on "taxing" internet activities and sales for US citizens.
