Forums improvement discussion

I've used many discussion forums and found that they all lack a logical category. Currently there exist no forums which categorize the subjects so that they form a perfect hierarchy. Forums are generally designed with only 3 -4 levels, regardless of the program, and their first level has overlapping subjects and subjects that belong under a main category. When this is combined to a large number of misguided messages, the discussion becomes disconcentrated and unviewable. No one understands really how to create such a category.

This is why I've been planning a really functional forum which would provide the first efficient virtual debate in history. It needs to win internet spam, provide useful information on the subject, feature personal information, pictures and video, have a logical categoric order and be a popular place for the masses. The category should start with macro-concepts which are comprehensible to the majority and evolve into precise sub-concepts with divide the universe into unique slots, and as many sub-levels as needed. The universe might actually be understood as divided by this sort of hierarchy, where things fall under their own unique categories and under the same main categories.

This forum is a standard 3-4 level forum used by the masses. I see that the administrator is trying to establish clear boundaries for subjects and root out irrelevant subjects. Unfortunately this will never work without a scientific category described above. Once the forum grows, it will become uncontrollable. I'd like to help by creating here a new category which requires a logical perception, and either switching to this http://politeia.phpbb9.com/index.htm , creating a new forum or to make the answer level the fourth level after "category", "forum" and "topic". How about putting this Celestia-unrelated contribution into the correct board (Purgatory)?

Moreover, there are subjects where such a "hierarchy" does not make a lot of sense, since many subjects are of comparable generality level or importance. Our Celestia forum may be such an example.
