Ah. Sorry, but I can't get in on that. If it's a video, then count me out. Download speeds are between 3.26-5.17 KB/s with the speed I have. So, what's new about the global warming situation? Is it bad? Is it going to get worse? What are we going to do? When we are going to do it? Why am I asking these questions? This is a great example of an ask and tell question.

most metals (such as iron) expand under temperature.

if I remember correctly, for a Volume of uniform composition

change_in_volume = volume * coefficient_of_expansion * temperature

I think maybe the water came from a deposit of ice under the surface.

I am not sure why the earth became hotter - perhaps it is a greenhouse effect, perhaps it is closer to the sun, or perhaps the sun is turning into a red giant faster than scientists admit ...

[edit] probably the asteroid that killed the dinosaurs either caused global warming and/or had water.

Sorry to hear that, I can relate. I've recently made the move to DSL... marvelous stuff!

The video is textual presentation about some very interesting points and facts relating to population, education, data and computers, and where it's all heading - and dramatically hints how 'lead' can shift. And it's all set to compelling music of course. General consensus around here concurs its information is correct. Bottom line? Indeed, Shift happens.

A superhome is an extremeley safe place. Here are the features of the superhome.

1. It can withstand winds over 300 mph (take an EF5 tornado for example)
2. It is made from recyclible stuff such as concrete and brick.
3. It has styrofoam sandwiched between the concrete.

Does that answer your question?

Thanks... any links that you know of about superhome construction or constructions?

No superhome links. That's only the homes with 5 rooms and 5 bathrooms.

Bummer.

In the meantime, you could look at these global warming pictures.

This is a graph

Who says that asteroids don't cause global warming?

This is a very cool picture. It is an actual melting glacier!

This is a before and after picture, taken 76 years apart of the glacier, which was melted in the bottom picture.

That's all folks!
