SquishDDS was recently updated to 1.1 (Available on my website). Recent changes included mipmap generation, and color matching.
SquishDDS is a Mac dds converter that uses the same squish library that's used in the NVIDIA texture tools. What's different is SquishDDS recognizes embedded ICC color profiles and performs color matching so that colors are accurately reproduced.
Does the color matching feature work for you? Color matching can be a pretty confusing topic, and I'd like to know if it's working as intended.
Incidentally, as you may know Celestia itself currently performs no internal color matching (it will just discard the ICC profile) and this can result in very different-looking textures on differing machines. Given that Celestia should not only look good, but also accurate, I think this is an area for improvement.

Till now, I begun to reprocess all my 4k map in dds, an it's all good...
Rendering with mipmaps is much better indeed.
For the color matching, I haven't done some further test, but now at least we can control what's going on. On the topic we should perhaps establish sRGB as the profil to use for addon distribution...
All in one, this is a great work! Many, many TX for the effort!

I haven??t tried the colormatching option yet, but look forward to experiment. So far, i am just deliriously happy with the new batch processing features!
