Chris, I see that you used a large FOV (almost 50?°), and IMHO this gives an incorrect prospective of the model.
As it appears in this image, the LEM ascent module looks too small if compared to the grounded part (i.e. the one with the legs).
Could you please show an image with the "normal" 28?° or so FOV?
Thank you.
Bye
Andrea

Andrea, the last image from my 3D soft (before this last one) should give you a better idea of proportion (almost isometric); right now the model is pretty well tuned at this level...

I was sure of this, but it would have been nice to see the textured model with the same proportion.
Don't worry, I'll wait for the final release, that IMHO is very close, isn't it?

Chris, considering what you have shown us up to now, i.e. the CM and the CM+LM on flight to/around the Moon, the capsule with parachutes during descent to Earth, I think that it could be nice to see both the ascent stage approaching the CM, and the descent module left on the Moon.
Practically with your wonderful model, and a good work on the needed ssc, we could reproduce most of the full flight to the Moon and back home.
And due to the historical importance of Apollo missions, I think it's worthwhile, IMHO.
For this, please, both ascent and descent modules.
Thank you
Andrea

YES, there is much interest (from here, anyway) in having both.
The more stuff you make, the better my Celestia is.
THANK YOU for everything you are contributing.
Now, get back to work ( )
