Hello and Happy New Year to all.
I am hoping that someone will know how to uninstall Celestia from a Mac computer, everytime that I try to 'empty the trash', the read me files from Celestia will not allow it.
I appreciate any help.
Thanks!

Sounds like a permissions problem. First look at the info window for the files and check that

1) The file in question is not locked
2) You have read AND write access to it.

... Then, if one of these is false, check/uncheck the appropriate fields to give yourself permission to delete it.

If this does not work, you either need to login as Admin to your mac, or, if you already are, probably need to re-build the permissions associated with your hard drive.

Thank you so much! The solution was in the info, the document was locked.
If only the answers to life were as easy.
Thanks for taking the time to answer my question.
