DDS Textures

My video card will not read the DDS texture files. Is there a way to convert them to a jpg. or png. format? Tried with Photoshop but could not get it to read the DDS format.

NVidia provides a DDS-plugin that allows you to read (and write) them. I don't know if you would want to do this though, you'd better find the original files, at NASA for example. So you have no GeForce or ATI video card? Otherwise it might just be a setting you have to change.
