Doubt it, there's no point in making new maps whenever storms appear or vanish (arguably Neptune shouldn't have a dark spot anymore either, that's long gone).

I'm not sure whether any of the banding visible in the hubble image is visible to the naked eye either.

I agree. We've never even got the current cloud map for earth going here. (Which seems to work great (even if it's not high resolution) on software like NASA's worldwind).

"If" the banding were visable to the naked eye it would be very faint at best due to the layers of smog. Most of the fictitious textures out now do depict some banding, but this banding was specuation before Uranus started its "spring" season. The hubble pics show that banding is at least partially visable tho the pics are enhanced. Still more than likely Uranus will be just a blue/green ball of smog in visable light.
