Does anyone know of a program or some way to take a texture like celestia uses and turn it into something like this:

If you cut it out and glue it together, you can make a little globe thing.

I have made one for one of the planets in my solar system, and it looks pretty good. it took me about a half hour to cut it out and glue it together. Here it is:
