satellite bug

Post #1by billybob884 » 04.11.2002, 01:48

found this bug: click any satelite, zoom into it until your at 0.000M and keep holding the button. eventually, like after half a minute or so, it will start zooming in again really fast and it will read a negative number for the distance. don't know if this is supposed to happen, just thought i should mention it.

Weird . . . that's definitely not supposed to happen.

I hope its just the "continuous zooming" to negative values that's not supposed to happen. Specifying a negative altitude is the only way I've found to elplore the models of complex spacecraft like Apollo and the ISS.

I'm not complaining, for a few things i've found it to be quite useful. I just wans't sure if that was normal, since it never did it before.
