MIR-Hubble Visualization problem

The appearance of some sub-objects of MIR and Hubble models seem to be Flipped. Some boxes and cylinders seem to be concave instead convex. :?:

My system: Athlon XP 1,8 GB, ATI Radeon 8500, Windows XP, Celestia 1.2.5 pre 6

I've noticed the problem also with Celestia 1.2.4
Have you ever noticed this problem :?:

The orientation of the triangles in these models is inconsistent, and this produces the problem you described. I've had to fix this for other models by replicating each triangle to make a pair of triangles that are the same expcept for opposite orientations. Unfortunately, this bloats the model files and makes them slower to render. The right fix is to create models with a consistent triangle orientation.
