I doubt it. Fridger's loathing of the Motherlode is pretty well known (not to mention rather inexplicable). Among other things, IIRC he
thinks all the work there is beneath his standards and refuses to post anything of his there himself.

I think there was some kind of incident involving his works on the Motherlode, but let's not speculate on this matter.

In my opinion, Fridger has every right to distribute his textures as he chooses - it does after all represent significant effort on his part, and if he decides he doesn't want to put the textures on the Motherlode, that's his decision as the creator.

Let's not have this thread degenerate into yet another pointless argument about the relative merits of the Motherlode. It's a community resource, and people are perfectly free to use it or not use it as they wish.

Correct is

-- that I have stopped completely to collaborate with the ML people quite a
number of months ago, with links to my work being deleted on my
request.

-- that this is due to a particular incident related to my person in
public that I discovered accidentally.

-- that it is independent of my personal disliking of the lack of quality
control at the ML and other features...

--that it is really better NOT to describe in public what actually
happened...

Bye Fridger
