How do I install: JMII DDS Files?

Hi, I have download these files form the Motherlode page!

Code: Select all

- JestrEarthSpecular PNG.zip

- JNight_VT_DDS_L10_L14.zip

- JNormal_VT_DDS_L10_L14.zip

- JMII_DDS_Level5_Full.zip

But I don't know to install this files correctly for Celestia, can anyone help me, please?

Hi Kevlar,you will also need to download JMII_dds -levels0-4.zip as this file has the lower resolution files for the Earth texture.I think I have put all the relevant info on how to install all the files into the read me text file included with the above addon.There is also an ssc file with this file which tells Celestia all it needs to use the textures.Basically you just need to unzip the above file to your Celestia/extras folder and then put all the other files in the
Celestia/extras/JMII_dds/textures/hires folder.The JMII_dds-level5 folder needs to be placed in the
Celestia/extras/JMII_dds/textures/hires/JMII_DDS
folder along with the other level folders.Hope this helps,Jestr
