It is possible to see the sky from a place of the earth, like if I stay on its surface?

Yes, it is. Basically, use Go To, and go to a specific lat and long, and a fairly low height. Use the * key to flip your view around, so you are looking behind you.

You can go directly to the surface with a Ctrl-G
and change the arrow keys so they work in alt-azimuth mode with a Ctrl-F if you're using Windows.
