Building a Ringworld

Do you think it is possible to build a Ringworld? Im taking this off the back cover of ringworld, we can spin it for gravity, Make high walls and aim it at the sun so the atmosphere doesn't leak alot, and there will be alot of space. The only problems would be, location, money, material, and construction. Actually thats most of the problems.

Material is the insurmountable problem. If you wqant to make a true ringworld, then you need "unobtanium"....
