What are the other planets doing?
at only 100,000x, they all should be just creeping along.
Venus should take about 0.6 years, Mars should take ~1.9 years and Jupiter ~11.9, for example.
You next should look at the SSC files to see what they say.
\data\solarsys.ssc should have an entry for Earth which includes the statement
There should be similar CustomOrbit declarations for the other planets.
Then check what's in your \extras\ folder.

Click here, 100 000x is approximately 1 day/s, and it would definately take ~ 360s = 6min for the Earth to go around the Sun if I were patient enough to wait for it.
If this not what you see, something is wrong with your installation.

It's true ! On my computer Earth goes around Sun 23s (~23 day not 365).
I have fresh install. At first I install 1.4.0, when I saw this problem I install 1.4.1.

Christophe make this operation:
1. Start program
2. Take Goto Object
3. Object: Sun, Distance 5 au
4. Press Goto button and close Go to object window.
5. Pres key "L" 5x
Earth rounds very fast.
