i found a 3d texture arhive here:

i got to that link by installing X-Plane so i don't know if the textures are free.
if you whant to see the maps the x-Plane demo (http://www.x-plane.com/demo.html) has a non demo world editor that can open the files for you, in full 3d mode, including texturing.
