I've added the current USGS/IAU list of named locations on the surface of Titan to the existing file satmoons2.ssc, which goes in your extras folder and is available from the CVS tree at:

I can highly recommend that people grab Grant's recent addition of USGS/IAU Titan locations that go very well together with my Titan texture (that is part of the Celestia distribution).
Note that Chris did not include these in the binary 1.4.0 (final) distribution for Windows. The data are, however, available from CVS, at the URL given by Grant above, and of course in the official 1.4.0 source distribution.
