cannot open cel links!! newbie needs help

I am a newbie to celestia

I am trying to do the educational material but i when I click on the text I get a message from MSWord that cannot find the application.

I cannot follow any cel URL
How do I solvew this problem??

What kind of PC do you have and with what operating system? These
would be most helpful in getting you an answer.
