and I have a question : With which software can I create such planets ?

Why don't you post a question in the thread you pointed us to?
I guess there is no software that will produce such texture images automatically. These images are the result of hard work (image manipulation, painting, cloning, retouching) in programms like Gimp or Photoshop.

As Steffens already said, only with hard work and good skills with Photoshop or Gimp, you will be able to do such maps.
