It's a good start!

If you haven't already, you might consider turning on AntiAliasing. That'd help eliminate the isolated bright spots that can be seen along some of the edges of the Enterprise model. You can control AntiAliasing either in Display Properties, or in celestia.cfg. (I'm assuming you're running Windows.)

Also, turning down Ambient Light would help with the somewhat ugly flat grey areas on the model. If you're using one of the Celestia v1.4 prereleases, you can use STC files to define additional stars to act as "fill" light sources and avoid Ambient Light altogether.

Maybe someday Celestia will be able to do shadow casting and self-illumination by reflections on models.

Thanks.
I brightened the pics. so that stuff can be seen.
I have an old PC, and money is tight, so I had all the
bright stuff, and Anti Aliasing crashes the program.

Some stars I had to put in with MS Paint! 8O

AntiAliasing shouldn't crash the program!
You might check to see if newer drivers are available for your graphics hardware. They're usually downloadable for free from the manufacturer.

The Orion nebula is something I found on Google.

You can find much better pictures from the Orion Nebula than this one all over the internet. Look a little further.
