Italian translation

Hi,
I'm an italian teacher and I have a site for my students, http://www.osservatorioinformatico.it ,which is absolutely free.
I would like to translate the Celestia's User Guide into Italian .
Are there problems if I translate it and then send you the Italian Version?
Could I also publish it in my site for my students?
